What my clients are saying

Angel has become a good friend over the process of our home search. We met Angel completely at random while our original Agent was out of town and we knew given the market we had to act quickly. From the minute we met him his character showed through and he had nothing to hide... He even brought a stuffed animal elephant for our 2 year old to make the day even better! He is a straight-shooter and really takes the time to understand your family, your needs, your wants and desires for your home. His negotiations and his connections in the community have led to the closing of our perfect home. I'm looking forward to having Angel in our life and helping others that we know when they are looking to achieve their dreams. Couldn't have been a better experience!

If there were 10 stars for responsiveness, I would give it to him. If you want a persistent, caring and a Realtor who is on top of things, Angle is the person for you. He got us exactly what we wanted for the sale of our home and got it 3 days. 704 Wellspring Drive

Angel was excellent across the board. He was always very professional, even when dealing with some difficult buyers. While selling my condo, he met me on my schedule and quickly provided a market assessment. As we went through the process of listing, he gave me good advice about what I should do to help my unit sell quickly. Once listed, we received 4 offers within a couple days during a time when the market was slowing down a little. Angel gave us new options in the areas we wanted and worked around our busy schedules for looking at houses. Finally, Angel helped my fiance sell her townhouse. The buyer seemed to always want the last word and was regularly irrational. Angel worked through the issues and kept us from having to deal with much of the stress. All of our transactions closed on time and relatively pain-free (buying or selling a home can never be completely pain-free, right?). We can't recommend Angel enough for his thoroughness and professionalism.Minerva/Peter Rodriguez

It's been 3 months since my husband and I moved and settled into our new home and we're finally getting around to writing a review for him. Angel Garcia was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our home buying process, definitely a 5 star experience! It was also great to meet Angel in person, he has a warm and down-to-earth but professional manner that really put us at ease. We made 2 offers within the first couple months of our search for a house in Cary. Our offer on the first house came in second in a bidding war with multiple competing offers - but we got the second house which is perfect, really our dream home! For each offer we made, Angel went out of his way to actually call the selling agent to personally communicate that we were strong buyers - we really appreciated this given the stiff competition. He was also able to give us an excellent rate and we closed within about 20 days, we're very happy with the way things have worked out. Irene Shwartz

I don't even know where to begin! My husband and I met Angel at an open house at the very start of our search for a home. Without him, we never would have been where we are today. Angel takes a personal interest in everyone of his clients and doesn't rest until he has found you the "perfect home". He is completely dedicated from the moment that be begins working with you. There are not enough positive things to say about Angel! 412 Thorncrest dr Apex

If you want your house sold quick, Angel is the person to call. He sold my house, my neighbor's house, and he is currently selling another of my neighbor's house. Angel really knows his stuff and he will get you through the process efficiently. He is personable and professional. I normally don't write reviews, but I think Angel deserves this recognition.

Angel will give you the time and dedication needed in order to sell your home. I highly recommend him. He will sell your house quick. He will do open houses every week if he has to in order to sell your home. He has sold a few houses in our neighborhood; that is how good he is. He will help you through the whole process. Call him, you won't regret it.

Angel is awesome. He knows what he is doing. He did several open houses for my house and sold it within a month of listing. I highly recommend him to be your real estate agent. 410 Bikram Dr Holly Springs, NC 27540
